A price that changes halfway through a project is not a price. These are the rules we work by.
Fixed price, not hourly
Before starting we agree what the project includes and what it costs. If we estimate wrong, the mistake is ours and we absorb it.
Staged payments
On larger projects you pay against deliveries: a portion up front, the rest as each stage works and you approve it. Nobody pays in full for something they have not seen.
Changes quoted separately
If something appears mid-project that was not agreed, we quote it separately and you decide. It does not turn up on the final invoice as a surprise.
The code and data are yours
When we finish, the system is yours. If one day you want to take it to another provider, nothing stops you and there is no fee to let go.
