From the camera to the viewer
A broadcast that looks good is not one program: it is a chain of parts that all have to work together. We build and operate that whole chain.
Ingest
We receive your signal over RTMP or SRT from the studio, camera or encoder you already have. Where the event cannot fail, we configure a second input that takes over automatically without dropping the output.
Transcoding and the quality ladder
One input becomes several outputs. The server does the heavy work so the studio does not have to send five feeds or buy extra hardware. A phone on mobile data and a television on fibre watch the same program without either one stalling.
HD and 4K
From 480p for slow connections up to 1080p and 4K where the content and audience justify it. We decide together how far to go: each extra quality costs processor time and bandwidth, and it is not always worth it.
Packaging and delivery
HLS and LL-HLS packaging for low latency, served from an origin we own, with CDN in front when volume justifies it. TLS, DNS and monitoring included.
Monitoring
We watch that the quality ladder stays complete. When a rendition disappears we know before the audience does, which is the only way they never find out.

And Wowza Streaming Engine?
We work with it too. Wowza is one of the tools of the trade, and some clients already have it or need it for their own requirements.
If your project calls for Wowza we install it, configure it and integrate it with the rest of the platform: streaming applications, transcoder, adaptive bitrate outputs and the connection to origin and CDN. We also take over installations that already exist and are failing.
But it is worth saying plainly: Wowza is an option, not the centre of what we do. Our main work is building the complete platform with whatever technology best solves your case, whether that is Wowza, open-source software, or a combination. We choose the tool after understanding the problem, not before.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build streaming servers from scratch?
Yes. We design and operate complete video and audio platforms starting from an empty Linux server: ingest, transcoding, HD and 4K output, HLS and LL-HLS packaging with adaptive bitrate ladders, origin, CDN and monitoring. We currently run a 24/7 multi-channel origin serving the United States and Latin America.
Do you work with Wowza Streaming Engine?
Yes. We install, configure and integrate Wowza for live and on-demand delivery, including transcoder setup, adaptive bitrate output and the connection to origin and CDN layers. We also take over existing Wowza installations that are misbehaving, which is a more common request than you might expect.
How much bandwidth do I need?
It depends on concurrent viewers and the highest quality you want to offer. On a call we calculate your real consumption from your audience numbers and tell you whether a dedicated server or CDN delivery makes more sense.
Can I stream to Facebook and YouTube at the same time?
Yes. We configure simultaneous restreaming to social platforms from the same origin, without your studio equipment having to send multiple feeds.
Do you also offer ready-made plans?
Yes, through our Streaming Web Radio brand, built for churches, radio stations and businesses that prefer a monthly plan with a panel and apps included.
