We operate what we build
We do not hand over a system and disappear. The people who designed it are the ones who answer when it fails at two in the morning. That is why we build for maintenance, not just delivery.

A technology company in Houston that has built and operated its own infrastructure since 2011.
Medios Corporativos started in Houston in 2011 building websites, and never stopped adding layers underneath them.
Today that means a broadcast origin on air around the clock, a telephone network, three software platforms with paying customers, an architectural drawing engine, and the Linux servers all of it lives on. With the backups, the monitoring and the middle-of-the-night calls when something falls over.
Almost everything we know came from operating systems rather than reading about them. We have watched a bitrate ladder collapse mid-broadcast, found a race condition hidden in call recording, and rebuilt a material takeoff after discovering it did not match the drawing. That kind of work is what made us useful.

We began building web pages for small businesses in Houston. Restaurants, barber shops, cleaning companies. The work was simple and the problem was always the same: the client had a site, but email was handled by one company, the domain by another and hosting by a third. When something failed, nobody took responsibility.
The answer was to stop reselling. We set up our own servers in Houston with cPanel, and since then email, domain, certificate and site all live under one roof. When something goes down there is one person to call, and that person has the access to fix it.
A client wanted to broadcast live and that is where the hard part started. Learning real broadcasting — ingest, transcoding, quality ladders, origins, CDN — took years and several expensive mistakes. Today we operate a signal on air 24 hours a day to the United States and Latin America, with six apps published in the stores.
Telephony came next, because the same clients who had a site and a broadcast were losing calls. Asterisk systems, SIP trunks, call recording and an AI receptionist that answers in two languages.
And finally the platforms: billing for service businesses, accounting for churches with council remittance, an engine that turns architectural plans into permit sets. Each one came from a real client with a problem no off-the-shelf product solved well.
We do not hand over a system and disappear. The people who designed it are the ones who answer when it fails at two in the morning. That is why we build for maintenance, not just delivery.
If a project is not right for us, or what you are asking for will not serve you, we say so. We have told clients not to buy what they came to buy. It costs a sale and earns a relationship.
You should not have to know what a bitrate ladder is. Our job is to translate the technical problem into a business decision you can make with real information.
When something goes wrong we write it down and share it. It is the only way not to repeat it, and it is what separates people who operate systems from people who only install them.
We are the parent company of several brands and share one infrastructure across all of them. That means when you hire a service, it is operated by the same people who built it. No middlemen, and no supplier behind us to wait on.
